Is it free?+
Yes, the runs are free for now. Coffee you pay for at the cart.
How fast do we go?+
Easy, conversational pace. No times, no pressure. The cart sets the rhythm.
Do I need to be fit?+
If you can jog 5 km at a relaxed pace, you're set. Walk breaks are always fine.
What do I wear?+
Whatever you run in. It's dark, so something visible helps. Bring a layer for after.
Where do we meet?+
The start point is on each run's page. We gather about 30 minutes before for coffee.
What if it rains?+
We run in light rain. If the weather turns wild we'll post a change. Subscribe to hear first.
Can I bring friends?+
Please do. Just make sure everyone signs up so we know the numbers.
