The cart leads
A cargo bike with a soundsystem sets the pace and the music. All you do is follow the beat.

5 to 7 kilometres
Easy pace, everyone welcome. No times, no race. It's all about the vibe.

Coffee included
The espresso cart is there before the start and after. Warming up and winding down included.
More serious training later
We're starting with low-key fun runs. Later we'll add training sessions for those who want more, marked by the level label on each run.
The crew
Rave Runs started with a handful of runners, a cargo bike and too much good music to keep indoors. Now we're a growing club turning the city into a dance floor every Friday, with coffee from our partner as the start and finish line.
